Malaysian Independence Day Shoot Out
Yesterday, before 31st August 2009, a few photography friends lead by rejimus had a photoshoot session for Malaysian Independance Day 2009 at Kuantan.
Not much to shoot as no big celebrations as years before as this years, the independence day fall on muslim holy ramadhan month.
No fire crackers, no concerts. But still many people came out to the streets as usual, lepak sana sini, hanging out with friends and family. This year give a big opportunity for police to do so many roadblock operation. Mat rempit dont have a chance to plan a big race as done before. We see so many police every where in their uniform or simple freeman.
We thought we can get at least few people shot with Malaysian flags, with patriotisme spirits, but quite frustrating at the end we just shoot the our self and the police during the roadblock. Boring….
